2-direction simultaneous inspection is achieved at a price similar to conventional systems!

●2-direction simultaneous inspection composed of the vertical direction, in which the needle depth or heel pin length is checked, and the inclination direction, in which the number of needles and foreign body hidden in the shoe sole are checked is achieved at the same inspection time as the 1-direction inspection. The images captured in 2 directions are simultaneously displayed on the monitor. This ensures highly accurate inspection through the comparison. (A system type is also available that can change the display image to that captured in either the vertical or inclination direction.)

Long boots can also be inspected at a high speed similar to pumps.

●Long boots can also be inspected at a high speed similar to pumps. For example, 6000 pumps per day can be inspected while 5000 long boots per day can be inspected. Better still, high quality inspection images are displayed.

Smooth product transportation, speedy inspection.

Charging port The charging port is equipped with an automatic control stopper. Articles are charged automatically. So, the inspector does not need to think about the charging timing.

Inspection room A door is installed on the front of the inspection room. This ensures easy inspection and maintenance work.

Discharging port X-ray image is displayed at the same time when the article is discharged. As the image is perfect agreement with the actual article, incorrect inspection does not occur.

Simple separation of conveyor

●Charging and discharging conveyors can be simply separated from the main unit without use of tools. The separated unit can be brought in the elevator. So, the system can be relocated easily.

Other functions are filled up, too

Important inspection data is secured. ●The hard disk is separated from the personal computer of the inspection system. So, the data is retained even if the personal computer is broken. It is also possible to bring out the hard disk. *Image automatic saving (images for approx. 2.5 million shoes)

Operability ●The operation is performed through the touch panel at the center of the screen. ●It is convenient that up to past 10 inspection images are played back to recheck them. (It is not necessary to flow the article again.)
