Features of the auto-checker

The auto-checker is mounted with a highly acclaimed metal detector that boasts the greatest level of sensitivity in Japan. Thanks to its unique new system, this metal detector realizes an outstanding metal detection sensitivity both to ferrous and nonferrous metals, 10 to 50% greater sensitivity than conventional metal detectors could achieve.

It achieves the greatest sensitivity both for dry and wet articles because of its unique detection system.
Ordinary metal detectors are have adequate sensitivity to ferrous metals, but not to nonferrous metals, or vice versa, with wet products. The company's unique signal processing system has realized the greatest sensitivity to any type of product in the domestic market.

Single machine handling the four different types of dry, wet, aluminum deposition, and ageless.

Highly resistant to vibration offering outstanding stability
Common metal detectors tend to operate erratically in a place where there is a vibrating machine nearby or if the machine is installed at an unstable site. A series of vibration-preventive measures are taken for the company's metal detectors, which solves a number of problems arising from vibration and realizes stable detection sensitivity.

Mounted with a automatic phase-tracking function that is highly resistant to fluctuations in ambient temperature.
Common metal detectors tend to operate erratically in fluctuating ambient and product temperatures, especially with wet products. The company's metal detector is mounted with a function that corrects phase each time a product is inspected (automatic phase-tracking function). It thereby makes possible stabilized inspection capability (not applicable to bulk settings).

Greatly enhancing work efficiency by realizing outstandingly high speed and high capacity
The working capacity of each model is enhanced greatly by increasing the conveyor speed. Model 003 realizes 330 times/minutes (up 18%) and model 012 realizes 270 times/minute (up 59%).

Realizing stabilized accuracy
The auto-checker is mounted with a high-rigidity load cell and AFV*1 that offsets external vibration, thus making possible high capacity and stabilized accuracy.
